Brief Introduction
Zibo Taiguang Electrical Equipment Factory was established in 1991. It is the specialized manufacturing factory for 10-1000kV/70-550kN composite insulators and the testing base of high voltage insulation technology for Unisplendour Group of Tsinghua University.
1.Manufacturing capacity: 600000 PCS composite insulators per year.
2.Possess hundreds of products of self-directed innovation.
3.Developed DC 500KV, 750KV, 1000KV/550KN, DC 800KV and DC 660KV composite insulators by ourselves. The performance of the products comes up to an international advanced level.
4.Raw materials were imported from the DOR CORNING CO. USA; Fumed silica is imported from CABOT CO. in the USA and WACKER CO. in Germany.

6.Passed 5000h Aging Test by Sweden Test Research Institute.

8.Products have been sold to 30 provinces and districts including Taiwan and also have been exported to over 20countries in Asia, Africa, Europe, America and Australia.
9.The trademark ¡°Taiguang¡± has been registered in many countries such as United States, Japan, Germany, Russia, Italy, India and South Africa.
10.Seven technical invention of our co***ny obtained patent certificate including end fitting sealing equipment, T type package and new type composite insulator.
Our co***ny has 600 employees including 20 superior technical personnel, 32 intermediate technical personnel. The members who graduated from the College take up 16% of the total employees. The total assets of our co***ny are 120 million. The annual funds for developing technology take up 21% of the total annual revenue. Our co***ny has two branches in Zibo Development District and Qingdao Development District.
